Goals for week of Dec 21.
1. Take meds daily.
2. Take supplements daily.
3. Write down eats/feelings.
4. Do 40 modified crunches daily
5. Do 40 scissor leg thingies daily
6. Take blood pressure daily
7. Exercise on Monday
8. exercise on Tuesday
9. exercise on Wednesday
10. exercise on Thursday
11. Hike on Saturday
12. Exercise on Sunday
13. Weigh once, on Monday and not again until next week.
