Health and Fitness Goals for this week

1. Weigh myself on Monday morning before breakfast of coffee. Do not weigh myself again until next Monday.

2. Take a multi vitamin every day.

3. Take other supplements daily.

4. Write down what I'm eating and when. Note my feelings at the time.

5. Have at least 3 periods of activity. This can be in the form of working out, walking, yoga, dancing, working on the fire dept. Don't care what it is, just has to be active.

So, there are my health and fitness goals for the week. Go me!

This sounds like a great life changing step! It also sounds hard to keep up with. You have my support and love through it all, I wish so badly that we lived closer so I could help in whatever way I could!
