My goals for the week of December 27th

As always, it's my goal to take my meds daily. However, I no longer feel the need to write this goal down.

1. Take supplements daily.
2. Do 40 crunches daily
3. Do 40 scissor leg thingies daily.
4. Do 40 pelvic lifts daily.
5. Take blood pressure daily.
6. Exercise daily.
7. Think about what I'm eating and why I'm eating it before I eat it.
8. Clean one area daily.
9. Weigh only once.
